The objective of Orange Youth Baseball & Softball shall be to implant firmly in the youth of our community the ideas of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and reverence, so that they may be finer, stronger, and happier children and will grow to be good, clean, and healthy adults.

These objectives shall be achieved by providing supervised and competitive baseball and softball games conducted under the Rules and Regulations of Little League Baseball, Inc and USA Softball of Texas with which Orange Youth Baseball & Softball are affiliated with.  Supervisory personnel of OYBS shall keep as their main goal the shaping and influence of future adults of our society and keep in mind that the attainment of exceptional athletic skill or winning of games is secondary.  Orange Youth Baseball & Softball shall operate as a non-profit organization providing a supervised program of competitive baseball and softball games.
